This policy sets out PlugStream's commitment to reducing the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

PlugStream is a trading name of AmpNexus Ltd. We design, supply, and support EV charging products and related software services from the United Kingdom.

This page is a voluntary policy and preparation document unless AmpNexus Ltd is legally required to publish an annual modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our commitment

We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, servitude, child labour, or human trafficking in our business or supply chain.

We expect employees, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, installers, and service providers to act ethically and to comply with applicable employment, human rights, health and safety, and anti-slavery laws.

Supply chain areas we monitor

Our supply chain may include:

• component and hardware suppliers
• UK manufacturing and assembly partners
• software and cloud service providers
• logistics and fulfilment partners
• installer and reseller partners
• professional services providers

We give particular attention to risks linked to electronics supply chains, contract manufacturing, logistics, temporary labour, and subcontracted installation work.

Supplier expectations

Suppliers and partners should:

• comply with applicable employment and anti-slavery laws
• avoid forced, bonded, trafficked, prison, or child labour
• provide safe working conditions
• pay workers lawfully and fairly
• maintain appropriate right-to-work and employment checks
• cascade equivalent expectations to their own subcontractors where relevant
• notify PlugStream promptly if they identify a material modern slavery risk connected to PlugStream work

Due diligence

Our due diligence approach may include:

• reviewing supplier location, role, and risk profile
• checking supplier terms, policies, or certifications where appropriate
• asking suppliers for information about labour standards and subcontracting
• considering modern slavery risk during partner onboarding
• escalating concerns to senior management

The depth of due diligence is proportionate to the supplier role, risk level, and commercial relationship.
